As an independent contractor for this company, Charles managed every aspect of concrete construction. He oversaw sales, operations and customer service. Under his management, the company grew from startup in 2014 to over a million dollars in revenue in 2024.

The primary focus of this company was residential concrete for existing homes, new commercial construction sidewalks & curbs and specialty decorative concrete.
Freelance Concrete Finisher & Foreman - Florida
Charles worked as a freelancer in the concrete industry for 8 years. He worked on numerous projects, from large scale to small jobs. Notable projects include: Texas Roadhouses, Walgreens, Sea World Orlando, Mall of Millenia, Universal Studios Orlando, Walt Disney World, Cape Canaveral and Larry the Cable Guy's House.

Charles began his apprenticeship in 1999. He started by stripping forms and cleaning tools. Over 4 years, he was trained by "old school" finishers. In 2003, Charles began working as a finisher and by 2006 had a company truck and was running projects. Unfortunately, the company closed due to the unexpected death of the owner in 2006.
